Join educators, community members and experts from a range of disciplines for this annual event that addresses the pertinent social issues of our time. The UC Davis Equity Summit coalesces people, ideas and institutions to deepen strategies, shape actions and create solutions:

- Create community with colleagues committed to Equity and Social Justice.
- Explore resources and books focused on equity and social justice at a curated pop-up book store.
- Experience live keynote from world renowned scholars on culturally relevant pedagogy and education reform

Featuring editors Dr. Vajra Watson and Kindra Montgomery-Block and contributors from Faith Made Flesh, The Black Child Legacy Campaign for Transformative Justice and Healthy Futures. Faith Made Flesh brings together the experience, insight, and stories of those actively addressing societal and educational disadvantages of Black children in Sacramento, California.
This Equity Summit will center empowerment, healing, community building and rejuvenation as essential tools for equity warriors and educational practitioners.
